About Compliant Care Resources

After selling my care company, I founded CCR to support other adult care providers with the tools, guidance and documentation I once searched for myself. I now work full-time through CCR, creating and refining Gold Standard policies, toolkits and compliance resources designed specifically for adult social care, including both domiciliary and residential settings.

My consultancy services support providers preparing for CQC registration, adding regulated activities, and demonstrating compliance under the Single Assessment Framework (SAF). I also assist care organisations with local authority tender and bid writing, helping them evidence quality and compliance in funding applications and contract submissions. This framework and approach are embedded throughout all CCR resources, readiness reviews and consultancy work, ensuring every document aligns with current regulatory expectations.

 My work is informed by up-to-date sector knowledge and professional training, including SCIE’s Safeguarding Adults for Managers and Mental Capacity Act for Managers courses, as well as Skills for Care’s Delivering Outstanding Care and Preparing for CQC Assessment programmes.
