About Our Policies

Compliant Care Resources (CCR) provides professionally written, fully editable policies and procedures designed to help adult social care providers meet Care Quality Commission (CQC) requirements. Each document is created by an experienced Registered Manager, written in clear, accessible language and aligned with the Single Assessment Framework (SAF).

Policies are suitable for both domiciliary and residential services and supplied in Microsoft Word format for full adaptation.

CCR policies are structured to support good governance, accountability and consistent, safe practice across your organisation. They include clear procedures, practical examples and defined responsibilities to help managers and staff understand what they must do.

Using and Adapting Your Policies

CCR policies provide a strong, professional foundation for safe and well-led practice, but it is essential that providers read each policy carefully and adapt it to reflect their own procedures, workflows and service model. Policies should be personalised, used actively and embedded into everyday practice so they accurately represent how your organisation operates. Using the documents as working tools — rather than passive templates — helps ensure consistency, compliance and meaningful implementation across your service.

Each Policy Includes

Plain English Summary (for Staff)
A short, easy-to-understand overview written in everyday language. It explains the policy’s purpose, who it applies to and the key steps staff should follow. This section can be removed if a provider prefers a management-only version.

Manager’s Quick Reference Sheet
A concise summary of managerial responsibilities, oversight requirements and evidence expectations — ideal for inspections, audits and day-to-day governance.

Full Professional Policy
A comprehensive, Gold Standard policy covering Purpose, Scope, Policy Statement, Procedures, Roles and Responsibilities, and Monitoring & Review.

Version Control
All CCR documents include a clear version control section showing the document version, author, effective date, review date and change summary. Guidance is provided to help providers maintain accurate version control across their own document library.

Simple, Clear Pricing

CCR is designed to make compliance affordable, accessible and stress-free.

Every policy is offered at one simple price — with no subscriptions and no complexity.

£30 per policy

Full Residential Policy Library (approx. 93 policies): £895

These options give providers complete flexibility — whether you need a single policy, a small bundle or a full library. Individual policies are ideal for quick updates or specific gaps, bundle discounts offer great value for services building or refreshing their documents, and full libraries provide a complete, CQC-ready foundation for new or established providers. All policies are fully editable, professionally written and designed to support safe, well-led and compliant care.

Professional Quality and Compliance

Every CCR policy is written and quality-assured in line with the CQC Single Assessment Framework, the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014, and current sector guidance. Documents follow a consistent, professional house style with clear sections, concise wording, and a structured, bullet-point format that supports quick understanding and real-world use.

This modern layout helps staff see key actions immediately, reduces misinterpretation, and ensures responsibilities are easy to follow during day-to-day care, audits and inspections. Policies are designed to be practical, operational and inspection-ready, providing the clarity, consistency and evidence that CQC expects under Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led.

Each document is supplied in fully editable Word format, allowing providers to adapt content quickly to reflect their own processes, terminology and service model. This ensures a coherent, professional library that is easy to maintain and supports strong governance across your organisation.

These policies support providers to meet the expectations set out in CQC’s assessment framework, which uses key questions and quality statements to judge services

Make Your Policies Fully Personalised

Optional Branding Service

For providers who want their policy documents professionally branded, CCR offers an optional Policy Branding Service.  This service includes adding your organisation’s name, logo, and contact details to the header and footer, updating document approval fields (if supplied), and ensuring all headers and footers are consistently branded across your purchased policies .

Each branded policy is supplied as an editable Word document plus a PDF copy so you always retain a clean original for reference.

Branding Prices:

  • Brand 1 policy – £5
  • Brand 5 policies – £20
  • Brand 10 policies – £35
  • Brand 20 policies – £60
  • Full Library – £245

Branding does not include rewriting policy content or adapting procedures to your service; it is purely a document branding task.

Important: This branding service is an administrative support only. It does not replace the provider’s responsibility to read, understand and personalise their policies. To meet CQC expectations and avoid issues during registration or inspection, managers must ensure each policy accurately reflects their own procedures, workflows and service model. CCR strongly recommends reviewing and adapting all branded documents to ensure they accurately represent day-to-day practice within your organisation.

CCR is not responsible for regulatory outcomes where policies have not been properly localised by the provider.

This service ensures your policy documents look professional, consistent and tailored to your organisation — ideal for CQC registration or services wanting a fully branded, inspection-ready policy library.
