Are your policies suitable for both domiciliary and residential services?
Yes. Most CCR policies are written as dual-setting documents. They are suitable for both homecare and residential services and include guidance on adapting examples to match your service model.
What format are the documents supplied in?
All policies are supplied in fully editable Microsoft Word format, allowing you to add your service name, adapt procedures and customise terminology as needed. You will also receive a PDF copy of each policy (provided together in a ZIP file) so you always have a clean, untouched original version for reference.
Can I replace the CCR logo with my own?
Yes. A small CCR logo appears in the top corner of each policy as part of the template design, but providers are free to remove it and replace it with their own branding. All documents are fully editable, so you can tailor them to match your organisation’s identity.
How much do your policies cost?
CCR uses one simple pricing structure:

Any 5 for £150
Any 10 for £300

Do you offer full policy libraries?
Yes. CCR provides complete Domiciliary, Residential and Combined policy libraries available at one-off, affordable prices. These include all essential core policies required for a CQC-ready service.
Are future updates included?
CCR does not use a subscription model. If a policy is significantly updated, you can choose to purchase the revised version at the standard price. This keeps things simple with no ongoing costs.
Are the policies aligned with the CQC Single Assessment Framework (SAF)?
Yes. All CCR policies are aligned with the Single Assessment Framework and reflect current legislation, national guidance and sector best practice.
Can I remove the Plain English Summary?
Yes. All documents are fully editable. Many providers keep the staff-friendly summary; others prefer a management-only version. You can customise each policy according to your preferences.
Do I need to credit CCR when using the documents?
No. Once purchased, you may use and adapt the policies as part of your organisation’s document library without attribution.
Can I buy individual policies?
Yes. Every policy is available individually for £35, with instant download.
How do I receive my documents after purchase?
All documents are available for instant download once payment is completed. You will also receive a copy by email for your records.
Do you offer a policy branding service?
Yes. CCR offers an optional Policy Branding Service where your organisation’s name, logo and header/footer details can be added to your purchased policies. Branded versions are provided in Word and PDF formats.
Does branding replace the need to personalise my policies?
No. Branding is an administrative service only. Providers must still read, understand and adapt their policies to reflect their own procedures and service model. To meet CQC expectations and avoid issues during registration or inspection, managers must ensure every policy accurately describes how their organisation operates in practice.
Are CCR policies a complete solution?
CCR policies provide a strong, professional foundation for safe and well-led care, but they must be personalised and implemented. Providers should review each policy carefully, adapt them to local processes and ensure they are actively used, not just stored. This helps demonstrate genuine compliance during inspections.

Do templates and toolkits come with updates?
No. Templates, toolkits and training packs are sold as one-off purchases. They rarely require updates, so they are not included in the policy subscription.
Can I edit templates and toolkits?
Yes. Every template and toolkit is fully editable in Word and includes [insert details] fields to help you personalise them quickly.
Do templates come with sample versions?
Many do. Where helpful, a completed sample is included to show how the template should look when fully completed.
